Release Notes

I tested Release 4.0.0. for Memory Leaks with Redgate ANTS Memory Profiler.
I have applied fixes to found leaks in Release 4.0.1.

In particular, I tested:
- (1) closing a top-level Tab
- (2) closing a User Control within a Tab

All apparent leaks have been fixed.

The one EXCEPTION is TabItem5, the one with the WindowsFormHost with the Chart Control. Not sure what is keeping TabItem5 alive after it has been closed. It may be the WindowsFormHost or the Obsvervable.Timer? I will have to dig into this at a later time . . .
